Dr. Shahzaib Ud Din Hamza is the Executive Director at Radiance Therapy & Aesthetic. He is a
distinguished Public health professional holding a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH).
His education further includes Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Post Graduate Diploma
(PGD) in Health & Hospital Management, Pharmacy. Cat B License and several certifications.
He brings extensive expertise in healthcare management. With a background as Program
Coordinator and Incharge for Physiotherapy Programs at various institutions in Islamabad, he
has a proven track record in advancing healthcare services. Dr. Shahzaib is also an accomplished
researcher with three publications to his name and a seasoned media personality, having
appeared on Roze News, Such TV, and DTH News as an anchor and host of health shows. He is
a regular Columnist at Daily Country News Islamabad.
Dr. Naila Malik

Dr. Naila Malik is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant Physiotherapist and the Chief Operating Officer at Radiance Therapy and Aesthetics. With a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from SZABMU, Islamabad, Dr. Naila brings a wealth of expertise to the field. She is a certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist from PrimePhysio, UK, and holds a certification in Kinesiotaping from PakPhysio Association. Additionally, she is trained in first aid, underscoring her commitment to comprehensive patient care.
In her dual role, Dr. Naila also serves as a Senior Physiotherapist at Muzaffar Khan Mother and Children Hospital in Wah Cantt, where she applies her expertise to enhance patient outcomes, particularly in the areas of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pain management.
With years of experience and a dedication to evidence-based practice, Dr. Naila ensures that every patient at Radiance Therapy and Aesthetics receives personalized, high-quality care. Dr. Shahrukh is an experienced and highly skilled physical therapist with over 3.5 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. Currently serving as a Consultant Physical Therapist at RTA by Dr. Bilal, he specializes in providing evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
